We promise you, it’s a dumb decision 🥲 We are super super hopeful that the way the industry is flourishing piercing guns will be banned in the next few years (fingers crossed) but one thing is for sure, piercings done by guns have NO advantages. A few fun facts about guns you might not know: •Guns are commonly known as a ‘blunt force trauma’ this can cause a shatter, a lot of pain and swelling to the piercing site. •Guns can’t be properly sterilised. •Guns can easily malfunction, meaning they can get stuck on the site. •Guns are not specialised for anatomy thats in anyway different in shapes or sizing. They are pretty much one size fits all. (Which we know is not realistic) •Guns require extended healing times. •Guns are normally using studs made from surgical or stainless steel, which contains a high density of nickel. •Guns are way less accurate and lack precision. •Guns are not a professional service.
